Returns

Roots N Rituals is committed to offering 100% natural and preservative-free products. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us at rootsnritualsindia@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt, including photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank and credit card provider, as processing times may vary. Should you still have concerns, feel free to contact us at rootsnritualsindia@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

For defective or damaged items, exchanges are available. Contact us at rootsnritualsindia@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item(s), with supporting photos and/or videos. Once approved, your exchange will be processed, and the replacement dispatched within 2 days.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing rootsnritualsindia@gmail.com Once the order has been dispatched (within 1-2 business days), cancellations cannot be accepted.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale items are final sale.
