Shipment Processing Times

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and holidays.

We partner with third-party delivery services to ensure PAN India deliveries.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders valued at Rs. 500 or more after discounts. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate of Rs. 50 applies. Standard delivery time across India is 5-7 business days, and we ship from Kerala.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24 hours of shipment.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at rootsnritualsindia@gmail.com.

We request you to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photographs of the damages will be required as part of the claims process.
